Via a short dirt track we reach a big electric gate where we directly get a good impression of the more then 28.000m2 plot..
While the gate opens we are amazed to see this beautiful house that merges into nature.
We see that about 100 new avocado trees have been planted which are watered by a computer controlled automatic irrigation system and there are still at least 250 mature olive trees on the plot. Just below the house there is also a small citrus garden to pick your own fruit.
The access road to the house is perfect and takes us to the parking lot at the side of the house. These are situated in such a way that the cars will never blocks the beautiful view.
The entrance is at the back of the house where we enter a large hall which also contains the guest toilet.
Then we enter the large but cozy living/dining room with a cassette fireplace and on the other side an open kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, ceramic hob, combi oven and a built-in coffee maker. At the sink with drinking water through an osmosis system is also a breakfast bar placed.
On the west side of the house is a guest bedroom with a complete bathroom with shower. This bathroom is currently used as a laundry room.
On the east side of the house there is an access to a separate wing where through a hallway you will first encounter a double bedroom and a large bathroom with double sinks and double shower and a jet stream bath. The next room is a 1 person bedroom which is currently used as storage and clothes closet.
Finally we come to a spacious master bedroom with stairs to the mezzanine which is currently used as an office. To this is another private balcony/terrace with beautiful views.

Walking further across the country we come to a wooden house that was made as a playhouse for the children but it can also be used as an office. A little further on there is a sports yard with a fitness room and a small basketball court for the necessary relaxation.
Walking further up the mountain we arrive at an open spot with a yurt and several outbuildings with a kitchen and a bathroom. These spaces need some little work to get back to standard. On the side of these buildings is a large flat piece of land that is open for further development.
Electricity, WiFi and city water are connected. Storage tanks for more than 25,000 liters of water and there are several fire hydrants on the plot to protect you against fire hazards. Preparations have been made and permits have been applied for to be allowed to build your own well on the completely fenced plot.

Driving through the beautiful Spanish village of El Chorro on the way to this house I find the area one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.
From the asphalt road there is a dirt track of about 50 meters to the entrance of the plot.
Behind the gate is a large terrace on which you could easily put a swimming pool.
After going over everything with the owners on the terrace we started the tour.
First I walk through a large living room with lots of space and here is a good wood burner that heats the room well during the winter time.
After the living room is a spacious utility/storage room with behind that a small patio with fantastic views. Here you can isolate yourself completely.
There is a small storage on this patio.
Through the living room there is access to the fully equipped large kitchen.
Behind it is a large room which is now used as an office but could certainly be a good sized bedroom.
Then we enter a bathroom with bathtub and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink.
On the other side of this bathroom is another large bedroom.
Through another passage from the kitchen you also have access to another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
And an additional small living room/bedroom.
Next to the house is a large garage accessible from the outside which can be converted into a complete apartment.
At the side of the large terrace there is a separate access to an independent apartment which is very privately situated. This apartment also has a roof terrace with beautiful views over the valley.
