Description

3-bedroom house with pool, two-bedroom wooden house with pool and a studio. LOVELY PROPERTY! The houses are located on a flat plot of 6,660m2 planted with olive trees. The property is located between Coin and Alhaurin el Grande, offers very good road access and good communications to Marbella, Malaga and Fuengirola. Both houses are south facing and offer total privacy. House 1: This house is totally independent from the other two units. It is fenced, has a private garden and a motorised entrance gate. This single-floor house is very comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, including the master suite plus an additional bathroom. It also has an open plan living room/kitchen with a fireplace and a dining room. In front of the house there is a nice covered porch and next to it there is a spacious laundry room. House 2 (made of wood). This little house is next to the previous one, but it is totally independent, also with its motorized gate and it is fenced. It has an open plan kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is also an attic and a large covered front porch. Studio: This is located behind the wooden house. It is newly built and has a bedroom, living room and fully open plan kitchen and bathroom. Both the wooden house and the studio have access to another swimming pool, also newly constructed. The rest of the plot is located behind the houses, is planted with olive trees, and this part is also completely fenced in and has an independent access for vehicles. The fincas have town water and a private well, although the well is currently not used. The vibrant town of Coin is a beauty with plenty of history and sights. As you arrive, you will drive through fields of orchards, oranges, lemons, olives, almonds and forests such as Alpujata, La Fuente, El Charco del Infierno and La Albuquera. You will feel a world away from civilisation and indeed Coín is referred to as the town of three hundred orchards. Coín has a rich history having been occupied by the Romans, when the town was known as Lacibis, then later as La Cobin, in the 1st century B.C. There are many lovely squares, known as Plazas, where you can relax with a coffee, listen to the fountains and watch the world go by. Try Plaza de la Via or Plaza Alameda. When occupied by the Moors, Coín was known as Dacuan and was an important town in the region. Although Coín's economy has largely relied on agriculture, it also has been a producer of marble and ceramics, perhaps you have heard the term ‘green Coín'? Coin is located 36km south-west of Málaga, at an altitude of 210 metres above sea level overlooking the stunning Guadalhorce Valle. The climate has mild winters and hot summers and more than a third of the days of the year are sunny. Its municipality has an area of 128.4 km2 and welcomes its almost 22,000 inhabitants, who receive the name of coineños or coínos
