When I first enquired to Bromley Estates via their website. Svetlana had answered within 10 minutes and we arranged for a convenient time to have a chat on the phone. She was lovely and listened to my long list of requirements and questions without making me feel like a nuisance. We are planning our trip next month and Svetlana has lined up a great selection of properties for us to view.
