Acqua Gardens has been carefully designed to provide a sense of community.
Secure gated entrances give the development a private and exclusive feel, and residents will have access to a range of luxurious amenities – including a large lagoon-style swimming pool and sunbathing deck, a professional gym, gourmet wi-fi lounge, private parking and more.
- A private oasis
Lush greenery is a characteristic feature of Acqua Gardens.
All properties overlook beautifully manicured gardens – filled with colour, nature and shaded areas – with far-reaching views across the coastline. The complex has a peaceful ‘away from the hustle and bustle’ atmosphere and homes here are a true oasis on the Costa del Sol.
Somewhere to take a breath, relax in the sunshine and spend quality time with family, whilst still being in an ideal location – central enough to enjoy all that Estepona has to offer.
Estepona – is it a good place to invest in rental property?
Acqua Gardens isn’t the only new development in Estepona.
Several other new apartment complexes have recently popped up in the area, many of which are exclusive to Bromley Estates – including One80 Collection and Las Mesas Collection.
Estepona itself has also undergone significant development over the last couple of years, evolving into a trendy area of its own. So much so, it’s earned a reputation as one of the best luxury destinations in Europe, giving its glam neighbour – Marbella – a run for its money.
This ongoing development has become a massive draw for visitors, with record-breaking numbers of tourists flocking to Estepona each year, particularly during the summer. Which is why, property for sale in Estepona has become a hot topic among savvy investors.
Some of the most recent developments include:
- Wide-spread pedestrianisation
Estepona is a naturally beautiful place. However, adding to this beauty, the entire town has recently had an upgrade – with avenues and plazas filled with colourful flowers and many streets becoming fully pedestrianised.
As a result, it’s even been dubbed the ‘Garden of the Costa del Sol’.
- A new seafront promenade
As part of the town’s drive to become Málaga’s first low-emission zone, a new 1.5km promenade – Paseo Maritimo de Estepona – has been recently completed.
This flower-filled pedestrianised boulevard is the longest in Spain. Running the full length of the town, it allows people to stroll from La Rada Beach all the way to the fishing port – and has become an increasingly popular spot for holidaymakers to visit and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
- Affordable parking
One of the drawbacks tourists face in many towns is prohibitively expensive parking.
To overcome this – whilst also minimising traffic in the town centre – Estepona’s council has recently introduced 2000 new underground car parking spaces that cost just €1 a day.
- High-end beach clubs
Estepona is now home to some of the best beach clubs on the Costa del Sol.
Well-known names such as Sonora Beach, Kempinski, Spiler and Beso Beach can all be found dotted along the stunning coastline – providing local residents and visitors alike the perfect place to spend the day relaxing, sunbathing and indulging in delicious food and drink.
- Sports facilities
It was recently announced that, over the next few years, approximately €1.2 million will be invested into a project to turn Estepona into the ‘world’s sporting city’. This will include significant improvements to Estepona Golf Course, as well as many other sporting facilities.
- Starlite
Starlite Occident – the boutique music festival – has captivated audiences for over a decade. But following many years of success at its location in Marbella, the festival’s promoters have revealed it will be moving to a new site in the La Panera area of Estepona.
Attracting an estimated €286 million in investment, the relocation involves ambitious plans to create a groundbreaking cultural venue – known as Starlite Music World. This will be home to recording studios, TV sets, restaurants and auditoriums big enough to hold up to 15,000.
Not only is it hoped to elevate the music festival to new heights, it will also attract a new wave of visitors to the area – boosting the local economy and creating new opportunities.
- Hotels
There’s no shortage of luxury hotels in Estepona. But – a sure sign that it’s a rising star of the Costa del Sol – numerous luxury hotel chains have started to invest in the area. This includes the brand new IKOS Andalucia on the New Golden Mile, as well as luxury hotel experts, Unicorn Royal Emirates – who have paid €40 million to acquire the Santa Marta Hotel project.
2024 – a savvy year to buy property in Estepona
Thanks to these fantastic developments and improvements – coupled with the town’s ‘pueblo blanco’ charm and beautiful year-round climate – demand for rental properties in Estepona is at an unprecedented level. In addition, rental returns are incredibly healthy.
Prices for apartments at Acqua Gardens start from €271,600 and enquiries are open. So if you’re interested in investing in this up-and-coming tourist hotspot and feel these new build properties could be the right option for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
