I just want to thank you both for having Emma look after me throughout the whole process of purchasing my new property at Lars Bay. Your company did a great job in getting me a buyer for my previous apartment which I had bought from you at Benalmadena Hill Views and then when I wanted to purchase me new apartment, you selected Emma as my new contact person to help me in my search. That decision worked out great for me, because you could not have selected a better person to look after me. I can honestly say that if it was not for Emma, I probably would not have purchased my new Lar Bay apartment from your company.  From the very start of my search, when I began looking for the apartment, Emma was fantastic. She picked me up at the airport, got me to my hotel and genuinely  listened to all the different criteria I wanted in my new place. There was no hard sell or pushing me to look at apartments which clearly did not  suit me. Emma went out of her way to make sure each one of the apartments she showed me were within my budget, in the right location and the correct size with the 3 bedrooms I wanted. She also pointed out all the pros and cons of each apartment we looked at – that in itself told me a lot about Emma’s integrity and truthfulness. Because of Emma’s choices I could easily  have picked any of the apartments she showed me, and I would honestly say I would have been very happy – but in my opinion Lars Bay was really outstanding and I am extremely happy with my purchase there. After I signed the contract ,which again Emma made extremely easy and simple, she  kept in constant contact with me and does so even now – even checking in with the Developer on the progress of construction. I do not think there are many agents who would go out of their way to  do any of this. From my perspective, I have a very successful construction / steel business in California, USA., with over 50 employees, and I truly believe that much of my success is  without doubt due to the quality, loyalty, and integrity of my employees.  I do not  really know anything about your other employees but if they are all like Emma, your company will most definitely be very successful now and in the future. Emma spent two days with us early Aug ’20 viewing properties in the Fuengirola to Marbella region. Having listened to our likes and dislikes from the first few viewings Emma quickly gained an understanding of which properties could be suitable candidates to satisfy our requirements. Having an extensive knowledge of properties on the market and not being tied to a particular agent, meant that the viewing schedule became very flexible and relevant. This was particularly important because we were also on vacation and didn’t want to waste our time looking at ill suited properties. On the second viewing day, the property viewings became much more relevant and we identified the property which ticked our boxes. Emma quickly understood the offer to propose and how to secure the deal with a deposit agreement. Toward the end of Oct ‘20 we completed on the property purchase and Emma was present at the signing in the notary office. This is where Emma came into her own. Nothing was too much trouble and the after care service delivered was unrivalled in my 40 years of business experience. From driving us to the property after completion, to loaning us crockery and bedding and buying some food and drink basics, so we could stay the night in the property that very same night, we really couldn’t have been better looked after. It can be very daunting investing in a property abroad, needing the right property advisor is crucial, but not only did Emma excel in this matter by listening to our requirements and having an extensive knowledge and experience of the local property market, making the experience tailored and relevant, the genuine care and personal attention after the purchase, was a special experience and one I can say I haven’t experienced in many years of business and property dealings. I would without hesitation recommend Emma in not only finding your dream home in Spain but also in making the settling in experience so much more pleasurable.

Just a short note to say many thanks to you and your team at Bromley Estates; Igor was our main point of contact during our visit last week and he was absolutely amazing, I personally felt that he went above and beyond what was expected from our time together. Igor collected us from the airport on a Saturday evening with a bag of groceries, wine, and water, he then took us to dinner and showed us many fantastic areas and properties - really focussing on what my wife & I want from our time in Spain, rather than just the property itself, fully appreciating that the area and local amenities were key to us. There was absolutely no pressure applies; Igor actually made our visit, and our decision to purchase a property in one of your developments an absolute pleasure. He even took us for a celebratory drink (dinner was offered again but we were both fine) Igor then collected us from our hotel - again on a Saturday evening, dropped us at the airport and has been in touch several times since, a true star…   Credit where credit is due Chris; Igor and the team at Bromley made our trip special which was not expected from a business/investment trip (not a holiday) keep up the good work and please pass our appreciation on to Igor (I believe acknowledgment on a job well done; with client satisfaction, and appreciation, will come better from his manager - rather than myself) Igor did an amazing job and is a true asset to your team.
