We met Maurice Boland about 2.5 years ago in our search for a holiday home in Spain. We are from the Netherlands and have a large family of 6 children. We were not quite sure where in Spain (Ibiza, Mallorca, Barcelona, ​​Benidorm, Marbella) we should buy our house. I just want to thank you both for having Emma look after me throughout the whole process of purchasing my new property at Lars Bay. Your company did a great job in getting me a buyer for my previous apartment which I had bought from you at Benalmadena Hill Views and then when I wanted to purchase me new apartment, you selected Emma as my new contact person to help me in my search. That decision worked out great for me, because you could not have selected a better person to look after me. I can honestly say that if it was not for Emma, I probably would not have purchased my new Lar Bay apartment from your company.  From the very start of my search, when I began looking for the apartment, Emma was fantastic. She picked me up at the airport, got me to my hotel and genuinely  listened to all the different criteria I wanted in my new place. There was no hard sell or pushing me to look at apartments which clearly did not  suit me. Emma went out of her way to make sure each one of the apartments she showed me were within my budget, in the right location and the correct size with the 3 bedrooms I wanted. She also pointed out all the pros and cons of each apartment we looked at – that in itself told me a lot about Emma’s integrity and truthfulness. Because of Emma’s choices I could easily  have picked any of the apartments she showed me, and I would honestly say I would have been very happy – but in my opinion Lars Bay was really outstanding and I am extremely happy with my purchase there. After I signed the contract ,which again Emma made extremely easy and simple, she  kept in constant contact with me and does so even now – even checking in with the Developer on the progress of construction. I do not think there are many agents who would go out of their way to  do any of this. From my perspective, I have a very successful construction / steel business in California, USA., with over 50 employees, and I truly believe that much of my success is  without doubt due to the quality, loyalty, and integrity of my employees.  I do not  really know anything about your other employees but if they are all like Emma, your company will most definitely be very successful now and in the future. CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Most families have their ups and downs and ours is no different.

So when my sister received notice that my Aunt was back in Britain in a council run home for dementia, we were all surprised.

My Aunt had moved to Spain just before the pandemic, but hadn't informed the family. We were a little concerned when my sister hadn't been in touch for some time.

So back from Spain, in a home and not much further information, except that there was a container full of their worldly goods. How did they get back to Britain, who moved their belongings,how long has she had dementia????

My family were trying to put the puzzle together when I got involved. I had an email address for what we thought was a solicitor in Spain.

It was and I called the firm, spoke to him and that's when we started to realise just how amazing people had been!!

I was also informed that a lady called Taryn from Bromley Estaes had helped with everything.

I rang and spoke to this earthly Angel and wow how she had looked after total stranger's!

Bromley Estates sold my Aunt her penthouse, but was concerned for their welfare and kept in touch. Not just the occasional call, but like a fantastic friend visiting taking groceries, helping with setting them up and spending fun time's with them

Their mental health was getting worse and my Aunt decided to sell up (not telling family) and Taryn sprung into action arranging everything.

During this another sales agency tried to muscle in, using their mental conditions to try and take advantage and I believe would have stolen their money

Yet again Taryn came into her own and informed the solicitor and they stopped the power of attorney transfer and saved our Aunty. If it hadn't been for Taryns quick action's, God only knows what would have become of them. All their life savings may have been stolen!!

And that's not all.....

Taryn then arranged the flight's and for the packing and removal back to Britain alongside Wayne Beck and Jo his wife(amazing people,but that's another epic story).

Taryn and Wayne made good the penthouse, packed up everything and moved their belongings safely to Britain.

But no, that's not it either !

With the mental issue's my aunt was experiencing my Aunt forgot her jewellery, Taryn itemized the jewelry with photographs, kept them in a safe secure facility so she could send it only when it was safe to do so.

Taryn was stopping off in London at Christmas, before spending time with family in Dubai. We arranged with my niece ,who lives in London to arrange with Taryn to meet up. With limited time and distance between them, they managed to meet and we received the jewellery!

The compassion, professionalism, humanity and kindness that Taryn has given goes beyond any I have ever experienced, or would have ever expected
