Generally, prices in the New Golden Mile fall below that on the original Golden Mile in Marbella – and most people can find somewhere within their budget. You certainly don’t need to be a millionaire to own a property on this exclusive stretch of the coastline, and plenty of beautiful homes can often be bought for as little as €250-350,000.
