Firstly where do I start?

I cannot recommend Emma and Bromley estates enough.

From my first contact with Emma she has been attentive, informative, professional and fun!

Within 48 hours she lined up the 4 viewings of villas we requested to see on the golden mile plus a further 2 wild cards just outside this area.

We flew out for the weekend not sure what to expect. But we got everything we asked for and more.

Emma happily met us from the airport and drove us around the viewings giving us all the information we required and also giving us great insight into parts we weren’t familiar with anything she couldn’t answer she did her very best to find out for us.

Once we’d narrowed it down she liased with all the different agents and arranged second viewings for our chosen 2. Again collecting us and making sure everything went smoothly. She arranged an appointment with the lawyer (also exceptional and helpful) and came with us. She guided us through the whole process.

Once we’d chosen a property she negotiated in our behalf and after just a 3 day visit she’s helped us secure our perfect home in the sun. Also as a note it was one of the wildcards Emma chose for us. To me this shows the efforts Emma made to understand our brief and needs.

We couldn’t have asked for more. She went totally above and beyond what we expected. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile and a sprinkle of Emma’s lovely humour.
