Emma – Jade

My husband and I have recently purchased a property in Marbella through Emma. From the first moment we spoke to her, we knew we were in good hands and she is not only very professional but her knowledge and support throughout the whole process has been second to none.
We currently live in Hong Kong and even with the distance in mind, we felt very well take care of and as if we were here main priority the whole way through. As far as customer service levels go, it doesn’t get any better than this experience.
I made the trip to Marbella from Hong Kong last week having been in touch with Emma for only a few days. This in itself shows how she was able to pinpoint exactly what it was that we were looking for, bearing our budget in mind.
She held my hand for the entire week that I was here showing me the plot, meeting with the developers, architects and lawyers and even assisted with my trips to and from the airport. She went above and beyond and as I was alone without my husband and children, she made me feel very safe and supported the whole time.

She also provided me with advice on the local schools which ultimately has led me to choosing the one that I would like my children to attend.

All in all, my husband and I only decided to consider Marbella as a place to move to just three weeks ago, and in that time we have not only decided that this is a good place for us to relocate our family to but we have also bought a property. Emma has made this an easy decision for us to make and she is entirely responsible for this happening so quickly . She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to the completion of the property so that we can make the big move over to sunny Spain.
