Kevin and I are now the proud owners of an apartment at Residencia La Duquesa and we are delighted.

We wish to profusely thank Maurice Boland for his exceptional inter-personal skills and assistance in finding the right property at the right budget. From the offset Maurice went over and above what we expected from our agent, meeting us at the airport and taking us to our hotel in Marbella. We viewed a variety of properties but eventually found the perfect one in La Duquesa. His mine of information made the buying process and follow-on requirements, such as the furniture package, smoothly efficient. Having previously bought a property in Madeira some five years ago, we can say that this experience was far superior!
