We have used Bromley Estates on several occasions to help with a search for the ideal home for friends on the beautiful Costa, as well as help with selling our lovely apartment in Puerto Cabopino. I can highly recommend them as honest, reliable and innovative estate agents. Maurice Boland did everything to help us – he sure is one helluva funny (in a crazy kind of way!) character and is really good at his job. It was great to go to viewings with him and he bent himself over backwards in finding the right property. Our friends, who live outside Spain, also found Maurice really helpful in their phone communications, in their purchase of an ideal beachside property and the aftercare was superb. Buying a property on the Costa del Sol is a real maze but Bromley provide all the services (lawyer etc) you may need and we cannot recommend Maurice, with his Irish gift of the gab, more.
