Maurice – Dave

Maurice has been working with us for the last 6 months in search for the perfect villa in the Marbella area.

His knowledge of the property market in the area is exceptional and we don’t need to engage with any other agents now.  He is fully aware of what we are looking for and is always sending us updates of new potential properties as they come onto the market.  If we identify anything ourselves on platforms like James Edition or Idealista we forward them to Maurice who looks into them for us and then contacts the relevant agents.  He then does viewings on our behalf as we are based in the UK and then either does a live video with us at the property or he sends us a recorded video with great advice and guidance as to the potential plus and negative points.

All in all he is taking the hard work out of searching for a property in Marbella when we are based in the UK.
