Maurice – Erik

We visited Marbella during a week in March 2022 with the purpose of viewing apartments for sale. Maurice was our guide during those days and he took us to a number of properties fitting our requirement.

We were very happy with Maurice as he did not waste our time viewing unsuitable properties or took us to visit sub-standard apartments. He had a good relation with all agents and made sure all our inquiries were answered.

We ended up by buying one of the apartments he showed us and after our takeover Maurice has been very cooperative when we raised issues following the purchase. Everything has been solved to our full satisfaction.

We would recommend Maurice as he is very pleasant to be with, honest about the properties and also taking his time to show us the neighborhoods of the prospects we visited.
