Maurice – Shayan

As you recall, we were unsure about purchasing a villa in Marbella. However, after meeting mr Maurice, he showed us some spectacular villas; His patience, great perspective, and constructive criticism led us to write an offer on one of the great villas in Los Flamingos. Although the offer did not go through, as the seller did not lower their price, we had a great experience with Mr Maurice.

Again, I wanted to thank you for all the time, as it was an enjoyable and essential exploration. You were not a pushy agent; hence, we are still looking for great deals in Marbella and looking forward to closing a deal with your help one day!
