Melissa – November 2021

Melissa (Mel) was extremely helpful when we bought a property in Elviria this Autumn. The property was in high demand with several interested parties, and the seller’s Agent wanted other people in for viewings, despite that we had paid the reservation. Thanks to Mel’s persistence, we were able to avoid other viewings and the property which we had been waiting for all these years eventually became ours. She is professional, knowledgeable of regulations and practices in the Spanish market and very service minded and pleasant. Not to mention a good laugh. I love British Humour! I still wish that she had included the sellers’ two large BMWs in the sale, and we’re seriously considering putting up some family members in the storage rooms the next time they come down 😉
