Melissa – Tom

I would like to offer a very heartfelt thank you for all the support we received from Bromley Estates but most particularly Melissa during our relocation to Spain.  Moving country is always fraught with numerous issues and difficulties but Melissa did everything in her power to try and help relieve some of that stress.

It began with us trying to buy a property in Spain, from Canada, online during a pandemic!  Nothing could go wrong with that!  🙂  In our opinion Melissa went beyond the call by visiting the property several times to take pictures and do video walkthroughs of the property and the surrounding area to give us the best feel possible.  This helped us with our decision so much and boosted our confidence in our choice.

Once we arrived in Estepona, Melissa not only ran us to appointments but took us to shops to pick up things we needed to help us settle.  Beyond this, Melissa even went as far as to be our emergency mail delivery service when we had some very important documents from Canada delivered to her home and then proceeded to deliver them in person to us in Estepona.  Melissa continually, throughout the process of relocating, checked in on us to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything.  In all our years of dealing with estate agents in Canada, the UK and now Spain, we have not had this kind of personal and dedicated support.

Great service and support.  Thank you so much to Bromley but most particularly Melissa.  Fantastic job.
