As a man in his mid fifties living in England, I’m not used to doing references for Absolutely Amazing Out Of This World

CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Most families have their ups and downs and ours is no different.

So when my sister received notice that my Aunt was back in Britain

in a council run home for dementia, we were all surprised.

My Aunt had moved to Spain just before the pandemic, but hadn’t informed the family. We were a little concerned when my sister hadn’t been in touch for some time.

So back from Spain, in a home and not much further information, except that there was a container full of their worldly goods. How did they get back to Britain, who moved their belongings,how long has she had dementia????

My family were trying to put the puzzle together when I got involved. I had an email address for what we thought was a solicitor in Spain.

It was and I called the firm, spoke to him and that’s when we started to realise just how amazing people had been!!

I was also informed that a lady called Taryn from Bromley Estaes had helped with everything.

I rang and spoke to this earthly Angel

and wow how she had looked after total stranger’s!

Bromley Estates sold my Aunt her penthouse, but was concerned for their welfare and kept in touch. Not just the occasional call, but like a fantastic friend

visiting taking groceries, helping with setting them up and spending fun time’s with them

Their mental health was getting worse and my Aunt decided to sell up (not telling family) and Taryn sprung into action arranging everything.

During this another sales agency tried to muscle in, using their mental conditions to try and take advantage and I believe would have stolen their money

Yet again Taryn came into her own and informed the solicitor and they stopped the power of attorney transfer and saved our Aunty. If it hadn’t been for Taryns quick action’s, God only knows what would have become of them. All their life savings may have been stolen!!

And that’s not all…..

Taryn then arranged the flight’s and for the packing and removal back to Britain alongside Wayne Beck and Jo his wife(amazing people,but that’s another epic story).

Taryn and Wayne made good the penthouse, packed up everything and moved their belongings safely to Britain.

But no, that’s not it either !

With the mental issue’s my aunt was experiencing my Aunt forgot her jewellery, Taryn itemized the jewelry with photographs, kept them in a safe secure facility so she could send it only when it was safe to do so.

Taryn was stopping off in London at Christmas, before spending time with family in Dubai. We arranged with my niece ,who lives in London to arrange with Taryn to meet up. With limited time and distance between them, they managed to meet and we received the jewellery!
