Maurice has been working with us for the last 6 months in search for the perfect villa in the Marbella area.   His knowledge of the property market in the area is exceptional and we don’t need to engage with any other agents now.  He is fully aware of what we are looking for and is always sending us updates of new potential properties as they come onto the market.  If we identify anything ourselves on platforms like James Edition or Idealista we forward them to Maurice who looks into them for us and then contacts the relevant agents.  He then does viewings on our behalf as we are based in the UK and then either does a live video with us at the property or he sends us a recorded video with great advice and guidance as to the potential plus and negative points.   All in all he is taking the hard work out of searching for a property in Marbella when we are based in the UK.

We visited Marbella during a week in March 2022 with the purpose of viewing apartments for sale. Maurice was our guide during those days and he took us to a number of properties fitting our requirement. We were very happy with Maurice as he did not waste our time viewing unsuitable properties or took us to visit sub-standard apartments. Maurice made our journey not only pleasurable but full of fun too. Ted played a big part in our adventure too though quite how he managed to get to each place before us is still a mystery to us. Roy and I came to the Costa Del Sol for the first time with our future property search in mind.We loved the coast and realised that we wanted to be near beach side. We have used Bromley Estates on several occasions to help with a search for the ideal home for friends on the beautiful Costa, as well as help with selling our lovely apartment in Puerto Cabopino. I can highly recommend them as honest, reliable and innovative estate agents. Maurice Boland did everything to help us – he sure is one helluva funny (in a crazy kind of way!) character and is really good at his job. It was great to go to viewings with him and he bent himself over backwards in finding the right property. Our friends, who live outside Spain, also found Maurice really helpful in their phone communications, in their purchase of an ideal beachside property and the aftercare was superb. Buying a property on the Costa del Sol is a real maze but Bromley provide all the services (lawyer etc) you may need and we cannot recommend Maurice, with his Irish gift of the gab, more.
