Wow, if you are thinking about buying a property in Spain on the Costa del Sol, then look No further than Bromley Estates.From the first social media post where we met Skye, to meeting her in person, she is just fantastic,the time actually taken to get to know you, your family, what’s important to you in your property journey , every detail, every question is answered with consideration of what’s important to you , there is no hard sell, just 100% support along the way, navigating properties in the UK is hard enough but in another country!!! Skye is just fab, showing us properties that we actually wanted to see, she listened to our every ask, and after two trips and many viewings and a few miles 😊 visiting many different areas as well as properties we found our place in the sun! Skye and team Bromley became an extension of our family supporting us through the paperwork/ deposit and what happens next ! It was the least stressful property search we have ever done ! Without doubt the best agent I've ever used. Vicki worked with us right from the start of our purchasing journey before we even had a clue what we wanted. She guided us through the local areas and options (including property they didn't list) until we were comfortable, giving us great advice and insight and never putting us under pressure with the usual agent hard sell tactics. Communication was great throughout. Even on the day we paid our deposit there was no rush and everything was explained in great detail, with agreements drawn up that worked for both seller and buyer equally. Really impressive operation; everyone at Bromley has the same ethos of quality and client care, from Chris the Sales Director, right through to all the support staff. As a bonus, Bromley Estates work with like minded partners and also introduced us to top notch solicitors and finance people. Can't recommend them enough.

Our experience with Bromley Estate has been terrific. We had been searching for the appartment of our dreams in Marbella for a while and had done plenty of visits with other agencies but had not found it. We were a bit desperate. With Alvaro, our agent, it only took one single day to find it. And this was not just by luck. Alvaro had called us 2 days before the visits to better understand our criteria and priorities. This one day of visits has been greatly productive since we identified not one but two appartments that were fully corresponding to our criteria! Alvaro helped us reflect and make the right choice.. He even proposed a second visit to the favorite one at another Time of the day. And it did not end there. We are really thankfull as Alvaro has been very supportive throughout the full process. Emma is the best! We met Emma a couple of months ago as she took us on a tour of our soon dream home in Malaga. They are not transparent with their pricing; they raise property prices overnight.The intermediary agent sent the price on a Monday and wanted to book the property for us in less than 48 hours. However, when the documents arrived, the price was already over €7,000 higher. After we pointed this out, they have not responded to us since. (agent: ISAAC)Update:After I wrote the review, they were able to call me almost immediately, asking me to take it down.I told them that this was not fair and that we should find a solution—I would have even been open to a compromise—but they never responded to this email either.
