I would just like to send a brief communication in relation to the service and experience I have encountered since using Bromley Estates. I was introduced to Ms Giselle Dean, who has demonstrated the epitome of customer service excellence. Her communication and friendly persona is a quality that is not always demonstrated in your industry and I assure you she is an asset to your business. As you well know, a buyers experience when searching for a second home can be both frustrating and daunting. Nothing was too much trouble for Giselle as she digested my response and dusted off and went to the next property. She did so without being phased in any way when a property was deemed unsuitable. As a recently retired Executive Chairman, I have always had a large business portfolio. During my time, I have employed many hundreds of people. However Giselle demonstrated nothing but quality and impeccable manners throughout, surpassing her duties throughout. I felt it was important for the Senior Executives in your company to know that your asset in Giselle was identified as pure quality and shone your business in the most excellent shades of light. We met Giselle 15 months ago when visiting Marbella and wanting to look at the housing market and had no clue where to start, what we wanted and how to execute it all Giselle has become more than an estate agent , she is such a great person, knows her stuff, cannot do enough to help find your perfect home .
