Her communication and friendly persona is a quality that is not always demonstrated in your industry and I assure you she is an asset to your business. As you well know, a buyers experience when searching for a second home can be both frustrating and daunting. Nothing was too much trouble for Giselle as she digested my response and dusted off and went to the next property. She did so without being phased in any way when a property was deemed unsuitable. As a recently retired Executive Chairman, I have always had a large business portfolio. During my time, I have employed many hundreds of people. However Giselle demonstrated nothing but quality and impeccable manners throughout, surpassing her duties throughout.
