Bromley Estates Marbella celebrate a record month for properties purchased in January Yes, the team have been out celebrating as January 2020 has proved to be a record month for us at Bromley Estates Marbella.

Despite the challenges of some uncertainty with regards to Brexit our property specialist team have been flat out helping customers buy their dream homes on the Costa del Sol. In fact, January was the highest month for property transactions since our inception in 2008. An interesting fact to note is that over half of those purchases were by British families, who also had the highest budgets for their property purchase.

Hayley Bromley said “I am really proud of the team here at Bromley Estates Marbella who always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our clients find the home that best suits their lifestyle. We are always working hard to add the most desirable properties to our portfolio, as we know what our discerning clients are looking for in terms of location, facilities and amenities.

The remainder of the acquisitions were split between Germans, Scandinavians, Dutch and Belgians as well as a couple of North Americans and UAE citizens. Property prices on the Costa del Sol continue to rise but still provide excellent value for money.

Many of the newer developments including some of our exclusive developments offer prices below market value if you buy off plan. This can offer an excellent return on investment. Team this with the popularity of the Costa del Sol as a tourist destination due to its fabulous micro climate and modern infrastructure as well as the all sought after, outdoor lifestyle, owning a property here can be a wise investment.

Whether as an investment purchase or holiday home, or indeed a place to reside permanently, Brexit is not interfering with plans to buy in Spain! Whatever is happening in the world, peoples’ dreams do not fade and if it’s your dream to own a property in the Costa del Sol we have a fine selection to offer. Buying and selling property in Spain post Brexit is not complicated, talk to one of our multilingual team for more information.
