The beach life on the Costa del Sol usually remains active until the last possible minute. Here in Marbella, well into October, we can quite comfortably take a dip in the sea without it leaving us feeling hypothermic. In many ways we count our blessings each day to be living in Marbella, Spain. After all, where else in the world can you live the high life of sunshine and sand, without necessarily paying high prices? Only in Marbella!
Summer may be over, but that doesn’t mean the beach life is completely over! Nikki Beach is one location worth visiting if you happen to be here and looking for something unique and fun to do. If you’re unfamiliar with Nikki Beach, it is the ultimate beach club concept, with locations around the world at some of the hottest addresses in the world. Nikki Beach Club combines the elements of entertainment including music, fashion, film and art. Nikki Beach is a luxury brand that certainly belongs in Marbella, Spain. Also interesting is Nikki Beach isn’t just a beach club per say, it’s a full brand that includes a clothing line, a music label and a magazine called Nikki Style Magazine.

Does the name Jack Penrod sound familiar? Maybe you’ve heard of him, maybe not, but Jack Penrod is the founder and the owner of Nikki Beach and his story is truly amazing. Nikki Beach was born to celebrate the life of his daughter, who tragically died in a car accident in 1997. The first Nikki Beach opened in 1998, combining music and dining with fashion, film, and art.
Today, Nikki Beach is famous for its luxurious ambience, lavish beach parties and its huge celebrity clientele, in the world’s most glamorous destinations. It is recognised as a truly unique luxury brand that takes beach life to another level.
Nikki Beach Upcoming Events for October
There’s still plenty going on at Nikki Beach this October, starting with the 2016 season closing party on Sunday October 2nd, 2016. This event is to celebrate the end of the summer season. This even takes place every year, and this year’s theme is Red. So if you’re planning on attending, don’t forget to book, and to wear red.
The most exciting event however, will take place on October 8th, 2016. Nikki Beach will remain open for the first time ever in Marbella for the winter season. In celebration, Nikki Beach is hosting the Prive Opening Party, which promises to be an epic party to launch the first ever winter season in Marbella. The party is set to go all day, and guests are invited to join them for open-bar and complimentary canapés from 2pm to 3pm.
This Sunday Nikki Beach will host an Amazing Sunday’s Halloween Party on October 30th, starting at 1pm. The party will move into the night with a soiree and some ghosts, witches and ghouls. Book in if you think your brave enough!
